Description: Create an interactive timeline that displays historical events alongside personal family events to provide context to ancestors' lives.

Tasks:

Develop a new model and migration for historical events. Create a service to fetch relevant historical events based on time periods and locations. Implement a Livewire component for the interactive timeline display. Integrate the timeline with existing person and event data. Acceptance Criteria:

The timeline displays both family events and relevant historical events. Users can zoom in/out and navigate through different time periods. Clicking on events provides more detailed information.
