CutMix implementation #215

Thank you for realizing this great work!

As a suggestion, it would be nice to have support for CutMix in FFCV. In my experience CutMix usually works better than Mixup.

Thanks for the suggestion! It's not in our immediate plans at the moment but happy to review a pull request if you have implemented it!
