Setting the submodule URL to use HTTPs so it can be used in environments where SSH credentials have not been setup.
Allowing users to specify nopython pipeines steps to unlock compatibility. I used this to integrate Albumentations.Compose into the pipeline.

This looks like it doesn't change any default behavior so I'll merge it into 1.1!
