Use new svmhelper versioning #142

The old scheme is probably difficult to maintain and confusing, thus why I would like to change it to this, while making sure to ensure backwards compatibility.

It is not released yet, since I wanted to wait for initial feedback.

It's my fault the automated build is failing; ktLint is quite strict about everything, and there's currently a single closing parenthesis with not the right whitespace before it. I can merge this as soon as there's a way to test it; if 1.0.0 isn't available, then projects this generates probably won't import successfully.

Looks good to me... I'll merge this, since I was testing builds anyway. I might as well test Graal stuff too!
