Can't open file picker in M1 Mac. #9

A Macbook M1 user reports that the file picker does not open when clicking the "Open" button. Screen_Recording_2024-08-01_at_12.49.31.zip

Same problem here. Error Messsage when started from bash (path shortened):

(-1700)

Anyway deleting the file "GDX Particle Editor" in ".prefs" (in user directory) helped.
