Added method to get the current time. #34

All: Added method to get the current time in milliseconds.
Desktop: Fixed null pointer crash when pausing/resuming with no audio.
Desktop: Render the video texture even when paused.

Could you rebase the PR to develop though? I'm planning on some major improvements to the buildsystem soon, and want to make master only for releases ;)

Unfortunately, github still does not have a function to change the branch of a PR, so please open a new one.
