Mysql: Replace the incomplete ODB backend by a complete ODB+RefDB backend #15

Sorry for the copy/pasta of p_fnmatch.c. I forgot about that. But it was the safest way for me to be sure that mysql_refdb.c has the expected behavior.

I guess it would be nice if libgit2 would export this function.
