@ethomson Would it be possible to merge #51 first?

No - sorry it's taken a long time to review that but we don't want to destabilize a security release. We want to include only the actual security fixes. (If we'd merged that into master, I'd be branching off the point at which we did the last release, so that we explicitly didn't include it in the point release.)

Once the security fixes are finally in place tonight, I'll review that and merge it so that it can at least land in master and then we can do a nuget release.
