Revert Repository.hashfile(path) as it's failing on Windows #1194

Reverts the commits from https://github.com/libgit2/pygit2/pull/1190 that were already merged to main. The Problem is that the unit tests fail on windows. See https://ci.appveyor.com/project/jdavid/pygit2/builds/46329622/job/iv77sk6d184mg3ep
