A few bug fixes to GME, which I made over the past few years #4

Original report by Anonymous.

They fix various compiler/linker errors for android or linux, and some crash or memory corruption bugs.

It becomes increasingly more difficult to re-apply these fixes after every sync with upstream, so I decided to send them up.

Sorry, didn't notice that I'm not logged in. That was me who created the issue.

Actually I think your patch is against a separate clone of game-music-emu, perhaps the one at https://gitlab.kode54.net/kode54/Game_Music_Emu/

Although that one is "unofficial" it appears to be much more actively-maintained. So much so that I might contact kode54 to see if he wants to take over maintenance :). But that would depend on whether his fork is (or can be made) source/binary compatible with this version.

The patch doesn't apply to this repo, please see the comment referring to kode54's Gitlab repo.
