Some preliminary work on the switch... ~~There are still some visitor issues to sort out...~~ All sorted. I'm also mostly done with the smallish rework needed in the bundle and there will also be minor changes in graviton.

When done this will probably let us close most issues, I'll go through them and update what we can close when I'm done with fixing the remaining issues.

[x] add xiag-ag/rql-parser
[x] remove doctrine/lexer and code based on it
[x] fix applying of SortNode
[x] grok why out() is not working and fix it
[x] fix whatever is wrong with like and limit as per skipped test
[x] unskip, fix or remove sugar tests with issues
[x] only install xiag-ag/rql-command in dev
