Update README.md to reflect new CI system

• Remove Travis CI badge
• Remove Coveralls badge
• Add github actions CI badge
• Add codecov badge
• Rearrange badges and move slack chat to the first position to make it easier to spot
• Make guides/documentation and Software APIs into titles and move them to the top of the README to make them easier to give more visbility
• Moved guides and APIs to the top of the readme
• Updated copyright.md documentation to the correct 3P libraries used
