Add can message type to table
Make data[0] ... [N] columns a single column
Improve spacing for the table elements
Fix bug where drop down menus do not become enabled after disconnecting the device
Make type face for table monospace
Make new entries to table appear at the top rather than the bottom of the table making it easier to see the latest messages vs the previous.
