EntryPointNotFoundException pinvoke_get_string_length Still happening. #144

Hi,

am testing this library (version 1.2.186) in macOS with Visual Studio for Mac 2019 with the code example in the ReadMe and this error happens:

I know this has been reported before in Feb of 2017 but this is still happening. I have followed all the instructions in that issue thread but nothing helps.

Thanks for your attention and hopefully someone can help :)
