Use output from the libimobiledevice-vs build #92

The libimobiledevice-vs projects provides a single build which builds all of libplist, libusbmuxd, libimobiledevice and more, for Windows, Linux and macOS.

This should keep the final set of native assemblies coherent.

ideviceactivation (the executable) was dropped from the NuGet package, as the integration tests on macOS got confused between ideviceactivation and libideviceactivation.dylib (the P/Invoke signature only lists ideviceactivation)
One unit test was disabled because it hangs, possibly a concurrency error.
