I'm getting an error message while running iDeviceRestore.

That is the error message I'm getting. This is a stock firmware, and I'm positive of that. I just downloaded it from ipsw.me. (MD5s match up)
Run with -d you will see the error. You have to edit ur ipsw, it's just a zip file and add the key it's missing in the same place from like iOS 3.1.3. Works for me but I get other errors let me now what happens
