Idevicerestore - Apple Mobile usb driver issue on windows #380

Hello, Can anyone let me how to fix Apple usb driver issue?. When it showing under Universal serial bus controllers works fine. After some time it gone to under universal serial Bus devices and idevicerestore stop working.In order to work with Idevicerestore I need to delete them manually from there and then it show again under Universal serial bus controllers. 1.Why these driver shifting from under Universal serial bus controllers to under universal serial Bus devices ?. 2.Is there any other way to fix this driver shifting issue permanently?. 3.Any automated way to fix this?.

Hi there I had the same issue and thank you for pointing this out. I didn't know this was related to drivers.

Anyway I solved it using 3uTools. Open iTunes Utility and go to Repair Driver and then go to Advanced repair. There choose the option to uninstall all old drivers.

This should solve the issue.

I am also facing the same issue. Whenever driver is under universal serial Bus devices then restore fails and when driver is in Universal serial bus controllers device restored. Can we forcefully set driver in Universal serial bus controllers so that it never change again?
