iPhone Still Locked after idevicerestore --erase --latest

Hello! After executing the following command : sudo idevicerestore --erase --latest. Everything looks like was installed good from my linux terminal but at the end the iphone opens up in locked state "IPHONE LOCKED TO OWNER". This is the last log:

What does "locked state" mean? If you can't activate the device then it's activation locked. A firmware restore won't allow you to bypass that.

It requires icloud email and pass to continue. The story is ... I forgot my icloud password aswell as the email and lost the phone number too. Thought I can factory reset this old iPhone so I can still use it. Also thought about erasing everything but it seems its not working this way?

What could be done to bypass the activation lock?

Reset your icloud password. If it's your account but you forgot the password you should be able to recover it. You have to apply for a callback and they will call you in 14 days. https://support.apple.com/en-us/102656 Probably you need the last option.
