There are broken links related to API documentation in some of the modules. Are they to be redirected to the Documentation page?

We actually renamed some github repos. need to update document and readme file.

And possibly create a CNAME so it can be linked with docs.silpa.org.in. I already merged all module documentation as submodule of SILPA so they can be accessed from single URL in readthedocs
