Better menu for Payyans at Silpa #1

A menu labled "Payyans" and URL http://silpa.org.in/Payyans is bit cryptic for a genral user. We should use a generic name like ASCII2Unicode or something like that. If possible retain the old URL so that links wont break

I've already reverted from Payyans to ASCII2Unicode URL. Is it safe to close this issue now?

@copyninja where is change commit ? I think you forgot to push.

There is no commit and I don't think commit is needed also. Its upto users to give display text in conf I've just updated conf on server thats all.
