[x] update repo URL in bower
[x] substitute "unofficial" with "official" in README
[x] ~Make sure reiner-dolp/liblouis-js still works. Otherwise existing packages that depend on liblouis-js break.~

Changing the URL of the bower package does not seem to work. Maybe justs a caching issue. Waiting 24h. reiner-dolp/liblouis-js redirects users in the browser to liblouis/liblouis, however, bower fails to follow the redirection.
