[ ] Independent package and repository.
[ ] Does not depend on druntime and phobos:
- [x] own cpuid
- [x] own aligned mallocator
- [ ] own threads library
[x] GlasContext should be a struct
[ ] Extern CBLAS interace
[ ] D header
[ ] C / C++ header

In the same time GLAS library can import libmir as source library. libmir remained to be the the home for generic GLAS code.

GLAS was moved to separate repo
