I've seen this once and haven't tried reproducing it yet.

Start and peer three nodes using iptb
- with only /ws listener
- disarmed the fallback dialer via Swarm.AddrFilters
Connected and bitswapping fine
ipfs swarm peers reports the local addr on one node (instead of the peer's addr)
