Run a DHT scrapper and visualize the Peer IDs and Hydra Sybil IDs #68

With the this tool, we should be able to answer:

Where are the sybils in comparison to other nodes
Are sybils 1~3 hops away from non sybil nodes? (Simulating ideal routing tables) (see https://github.com/libp2p/hydra-booster/issues/69)
How many more sybils would we need to generate to make the above happen (see also https://github.com/libp2p/hydra-booster/issues/64)

@willscott this is something I believe you were interested (or even have something already). Any wisdom to share?

The scraping work i've started on is in a couple branches of https://github.com/willscott/ipfs-counter/

I'll update here once i've taken a pass at cleaning that up. I've got initial stats coming out of it, but it's hacked towards some initial metrics we're interested in for tuning DHT parameters.
