Update DEPLOYMENT.md #274

Referencing #https://github.com/libp2p/js-libp2p-webrtc-star/issues/238#issue-651546634. Maybe dump this in a docker-compose?

I'd love to have a bare signal + node + browsernode running on one, but that may be too much to ask, so I've seperated them.
