Add and send events messages to websockets #45

It's been a long week... I merged https://github.com/nearform/libp2p-introspection-ui/pull/42 without noticing it was still based against an old, merged branch.

This is the same as https://github.com/nearform/libp2p-introspection-ui/pull/42 but rebased against updated Master.

Latest commit fixes something that got broken in a git action somewhere; latest version of this works with websockets and is used in https://github.com/nearform/libp2p-introspection-ui/pull/46
