Change packages scope

To allow packages be published on GitHub instead of NPM, they need to have organisation scope (libp2p). Changing all packages according.

Current scope of the source is nearform and there is a commit to temporary change to that so it's possible to test out publishing to existing GH packages scope.

Explanation

• To publish to Github packages, refer to it using publishConfig in package.json
• Make sure to have a PAT that allows publishing to the GH organisation
• To be able to install packages from the publish location, adjust .npmrc

Relocate

When moving the repo another GH organisation, please make sure to:

• change scope of packages (see commit reference above)
• change repository field in package json files (see commit)
