Tweaks to datatables #87

[x] Time open, time closed, duration open (with bubble)
[x] Remove transport column from Streams
[x] Move peer Id to front of streams table
[x] Add time open column to streams table
[x] Move stream count inside streams button
[x] Reduce the amount of sliding animation, especially on pagination

Also applies some general style updates to the tables so that these changes are accommodated.
