Punchr Grafana Performance Dashboard #61

I suggest we make the y-axis of the "Success vs Error" plot in Grafana start from zero. As it stands it starts from ~300 and looks like the majority of hole punches fail, which is not actually the case. Attaching screenshot, where the yellow part of the bar (errors) looks longer than the green (successes).
