Removing Matrix link, since we're no longer using it. #135

According to @BigLep, we're no longer using Matrix for Libp2p chatter (https://github.com/protocol/docs/issues/9#issuecomment-1035904341)

I am confused. libp2p-chatter on Discord is still bridged to Matrix and as far as I can tell very active.

@BigLep @johnnymatthews @DannyS03 what is the context for this decision? In case it is not too much work, I would be in favor of continuing support for Matrix.

Yes agreed. We should keep the Matrix links since we reverted on the decision to use only IPFS Discord.
