make test_all.sh work for Linux #6

Under Linux works "make check" which is primary way to run tests. test_all.sh was added, because Windows is lacking that support. But if it doesn't break Windows functionality I can merge it.

I've tried to avoid breaking it for windows but I have not tested.

Ok, I tested it on Windows and it works as expected.
