Update Ableton Link 3.0 #20

This is to track this. Not sure yet if I'll get a chance to do it myself or not.

I just updated the non-iOS version: https://github.com/libpd/abl_link

Looking at the iOS version now...

@cerupcat Hmm, come to think of it, I'm not really set up for iOS development right now. Do you want to port the non-iOS changes to the iOS side?

Turns out that my old iOS development rig is still working. I'll take a stab at it.
