Shift切换中英失效, 以及和Gnome Tweak热键冲突 (non-bug) #390

Gnome tweak -> Additional Layout Options -> Miscellaneous compatibility options -> Both shift together enable Caps Lock * Vim用户可能会开启这个选项. 经测试会和 Switch中英文热建冲突.

Temporary Workaround: turnoff option from gnome tweak
