Implimentation of an autoclicker function #748

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A feature I sorely miss from logitech G Hub or other gaming software is the ability to make an autoclicker bind for my mouse

Describe the solution you'd like An implementation of an autoclicker for both hold, or toggle to be binded to the mouse functions, this could be through invoking a script that initiates the autoclick

Describe alternatives you've considered I've tried using XbindKeys and Xdotool in combination to make a toggleable autoclicker, it was a clunky and annoying process, and it does not have the hold autoclick feature.

Omg yes please. got exactly same problem in last days i spend many hours to learn how to do it. its unbelieveable that linux dont have normal macro keyboard or mouse buttons programm. so piper is best. but it doesnt have auto repeat button which SUPER SUCKS. please add it please.

tryed with xdotool script to setup in shortcuts KDE but it super hard and dont even work properly and then the worst is it doesnt work in game, so me completely lost now..

I have carpal tunnel so its super helpful to have an autoclicker! Not to mention it turns all semi auto guns in games into full autos! PLEASE add this :)

It will be great to have that. One of the reason I keep booting into windows instead of linux. Please implement it

just adding my support to this feature request, I'm sure a lot more of us out there would like it as well

Bump, would also like to see this feature! How would i go about trying to contribute? I have some experience programming microcontrollers and python. A quick introduction on where i would have to dig to implement this feature would be nice. Great work btw!

absolutely NEED this feature to use with my Logitech G600. the Windows application for this device allows it.
