The readme is not really clear on how to contribute #967

It doesn't tell you how to contact those in charge of the Piper project. Since I was unsure I decided to go through the commit history and I sent an email to @whot as they seem to have the most commits in the project.

What do you mean unclear? Just open a pull request like you would for any other project.
