refactor(roc-rk3328-cc): rename to clkout-pps-gpio #14

Rename for this dto. Not exactly sure what I was thinking for that previous name, but this is much clearer 😄

I see how I named it previously: I took the header ref and the line rather than the pin, per the output of lgpio header j1.

An alternative name could be pps-gpio-j1-7, to reference the header and pin. Let me know how you would like it named.

The previous naming is correct. The style should be: function-{method-}-header-pin. This rename is not necessary.

This way, all pps-gpio are listed as pps-gpio instead of being randomly ordered when used with ldto.
