Hi!

Thank you for accepting my proposal in #28!

This PR should remove the hardcoded strings and i believe should not break the existing API.

I have tested this new feature with an i18n program and seems to works! :) Moreover added a couple of quite crude tests in the suite: describe.

I have also updated the docstring of describe to reflect the changes this PR brings, but i my English is a mess :(
