Bumping the version number doesn't currently change the installed version, as the task to download the jarfile is automatically skipped if it already exists.
Needs a couple of tweaks in the download/install logic. Possibly allow downloading different versions (with the version appended to the filename), then update a symlink to the latest one (which is then called in the service.)
