Role service units are not enabled after deployment #30

The service unit that we create as part of the deployment is not marked as "enabled" by rolekit. This means that the service unit itself does not start at system boot time.

Note: this is not necessarily immediately visible, as the roles we currently have implemented install their own service units as well and those are enabled by default.
