`rolectl` and `rolectl list` without further arguments should return a non-zero exit code #31

Right now, executing rolectl or rolectl list without further arguments prints usage and exits with 0, this should be non-zero (2, like in Fedora 22, i.e. how argparse exits on error) so errors on the command line can be caught.
