We need to setup Docker or Docker Swarm in order to run on-demand CI builds in https://github.com/oleg-nenashev/fusesoc-docker containers

Docker is up and running. I had some issues with connecting of JNLP Slaves from Docker to Jenkins instance behind SSL, but it has been working around by tweaking hosts of Docker images in Yet Another Docker plugin settings.

Kudos to @KostyaSha for his help with troubleshooting
