Investigate why JoachimS/cmac-aes has only 1 star #206

https://www.librecores.org/JoachimS/cmac-aes (and other projects by this user) look like very well documented and coded projects. What causes our metrics to award only 1 star?

Issue tracker and other URLs are missing. Probably the user didn't import from GitHub through the API but entered the URL manually and in this case we don't auto-detect the appropriate URLs for issue tracker and github web frontend.

URLs are a major factor. And I think, we probably need to revisit the section of code calculating the scores. Another factor for such a low score might be due to the fact that there is only a single contributor to the projects.

Investigate if it is accepted as a Github project internally.

It was not accepted as GitHub project (I could reproduce the issue). The main reason was a lack of URL and issue tracker
