Missing buttons on Biblioreads #945

For example when I go to https://biblioreads.vercel.app/series/333746-the-immortal-great-souls there's no Switch Instance, Redirect or Copy URL button. When I go to https://biblioreads.vercel.app/book/show/59521676-bastion there's only the Switch Instance, but missing the other two buttons.
