TkDocs.java:95-97: User balance shouldn't be inside...

Puzzle 118-67ac25b1 in src/main/java/com/nerodesk/takes/TkDocs.java:95-97 has to be resolved: User balance shouldn't be inside docs page but in some kind of decorator of all the pages that are show to logged in users. Create such place and move user directive there.... The puzzle was created by krzyk on 31-Mar-2015.
