TkDirCreate.java:61-64: This is a stub implementation.... #315

Puzzle 221-b3fea3d5 in src/main/java/com/nerodesk/takes/doc/TkDirCreate.java:61-64 has to be resolved: This is a stub implementation. We should create a class RqDir, analogous to RqDoc, to handle the actual directory creation. Make sure to use the existing Dir and Dirs interfaces. Also remove the PMD suppressions above.... The puzzle was created by Felipe Pina on 29-May-2015.
