Limit number of devices for a single subscriber

In order to avoid a situation where subscribers would share their credentials with others, we have decided to limit the number of authorized devices for each subscriber to 5.

In order to do so:

• a deviceid=xxxx (where xxxx represents a unique ID for the current device) should be added to the test url
• a specific error code will be returned when the maximum number of allowed devices has been reached. In this case, an error message should be displayed. This can currently be tested with Wind 374.
