Console error on firefox 57 #27

In console I have 2 error when i load the chef page:

1) TypeError: document.request_form.distro[document.request_form.distro.selectedIndex] is undefined chef.js:282:6 distro_changed https://chef.libremesh.org/chef.js:282:6 toggle_advanced_view https://chef.libremesh.org/chef.js:364:2 bootstrap https://chef.libremesh.org/chef.js:376:2

2) Errore interpretazione XML: errore di sintassi Indirizzo: https://repo.libremesh.org/network-profiles/Packages Riga numero 1, colonna 1: Packages:1:1

Hi, I see that now this two errors are fixed
