Removing pirania and FBW from development page #104

Both Pirania and FirstBootWizard seems not production-ready and maybe it was mistaken to add them to the development page compilation instruction so early (in #83).

Also removing shared-state-persist (I heard that causes instability) and ubus-lime-batman-adv as I don't know if it is useful (and if it was, it would be a dependency of lime-app).
