Translation improvements #120

A "smart" translation of menu entries is added based on the _data/structure.yml and the titles and ref values of each page. If you are in a "spanish" document then all the items that have been translated to spanish are shown. This is not the best way to implement i18n, but I think it is an improvement.

Also added some spanish docs. The more important part is a new way to explain the configuration with more examples and focus on the Node / Community / Default configs. We should translate to english after some feedback?

Thanks @spiccinini I have add some comments. I could make the fixes my self. Although I would need help to understand the advice related to the domain config

Thanks! Please fix this if you can :) I think that we can translate it back into the english version of en_config
