F/implement new landing

This implementation for the new landing go together with some lime-packages improvements, ex:

• https://github.com/libremesh/lime-packages/pull/978
• https://github.com/libremesh/lime-packages/pull/974

(maybe more that I don't remember, but anyway all are already merged).

Some todos:

• [x] Verify behavior if the correct version of lime packages is not installed
